RETURNS
30‑DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund (provided the product is undamaged).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returned items must be in the original packaging.
- When returning an item, include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase.
- Returns received at karsensupply.com may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
- If you receive a refund, your original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM
- We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you (via email) of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
- karsensupply.com sells high-quality products that are built to last. In the rare event of a warranty claim, we encourage you to deal directly with the manufacturer. Warranty information is available on the manufacturers' websites. Specific exceptions are noted in each of the manufacturers' product warranties.

- karsensupply.com shall, in no event, be liable for injuries (accidental or otherwise), death to persons, damage to property, or incidental contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time. However, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest as they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has "shipped," marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
